The Venture Pro is a beautiful full tang non-folder designed for outdoor use. It comes razor sharp and features a nice textured grip with a fire bow divot on one side of the handle. There is a hex bit driver incorporated at the end of the handle. The Pro version comes with an extra plastic frame that contains a built in belt loop, a removable tweezers, pen, and fire steel. Also, the sheath can be removed from the frame. If you buy the Venture and not the Pro version, you do not get the extra carrier but the knife and sheath are the same. There is also an included nylon loop with included belt loop and rubber ring that secured the handle if you decide to not use the "Pro" features.
The Venture Pro Kit is a wrap around sleeve with 2 compartments. In one section are a pair of semi circle ceramic knife sharpeners that fit into 2 sections of the sheath carrier once the sheath is removed. Also in it's own section is a 20mm hole drill bit that fits into that bit driver at the end of the handle.
Seeing that no instructions were provided in the box, I struggled to figure out how to attach the kit to the Venture Pro. I was forced to search online for answers. It would appear this was a common issue as I watched several online reviewers struggle to figure it out themselves. The answer was a set of Velcro tabs that hold the Venture Pro sheath to the kit. I must admit, I do like the final transformation, I just wished getting there wasn't so adventurist.
Onto the photos...
The Victorinox Venture Pro is sold in this Pro version shown on the right, or minus the added extras with a simple plastic sheath and nylon belt carrier. The Pro version also comes with the nylon belt carrier. The kit will only fit the Pro version as it can only mate to the sheath carrier.

Looking on the back, we can see the 2 piece Velcro strap system used to attach the kit to the sheath. This photo alone would have saved me a good 10 minutes looking elsewhere for answers.

The knife is held inside the sheath by friction. There is a way to incorporate the extra nylon belt loop to everything in order to have that rubber ring securing the handle on top of the sheath. Enter confusion until I watched another video that kind of showed me it was possible, but just not how exactly. I ended up reversing the nylon sheath carrier which allowed me to incorporate the extra bit to the whole assembly.

Here is the bow drill divot located on one side of the handle. Frankly, just carry a lighter. but I guess it is a feature people wanted.

Added functionality of the Pro Venture all center around the sheath's carrier. At the top you have the standard tweezers, pen, and a fire steel. The pen is a bit curious to me addition to the knife.

In this photo, you can see the sheath removed from the carrier and kit. The ceramic blade sharpeners are seated in their purpose detents, and the kit's 20mm hole drill is removed.

The 20mm hole drill is now ready for use. I guess this could help in building fires and shelter. Please give me a battery powered drill as this would take serious commitment.

With the sheath removed, showing the two detents of where to place the ceramic halves. At first I wondered where these ceramic bits go. Thank you Victorinox for not providing any paper instructions.

That pretty much sums up my experience with the Venture Pro and Venture Pro Kit. The experience would have been more positive if given a few simple instructions. Not sure about a few aspects of this kit such as the complicated ceramic sharpener system, the hole frill, and the inclusion of the pen. The knife is beautiful and razor sharp. I must admit I am toying with buying another set now that I know how to combine them for personal use once I get better and am allowed to walk around again.
What I would like to see is to ditch the sharpener and hole punch, provide a small survival/emergency first aid kit, and add a ceramic style knife sharpener into that plastic sheath frame carrier. I think that would be something that would make me buy one. On the other hand, I have been away from Victorinox for 3 to 4 years and was surprised they had a "Bushcraft" knife.
