Sounds like a good haul can't wait for the pics
Okay, here is the condition now that I've taken time to eyeball it:Main blade: tip broken off, belly sharpened away, not good shape at allSecond blade: Sharpened away some, faces of blade scarred badly from stoneSquare Phillips: Doesn't look abused at all, has the split in it for the meat cans, just noticed that, very subtle Scissors: No nicks in blade, very smooth action, scissor spring brokenCap Lifter: Tip was sharpened almost like a chisel, not sure why, but also not factory, still usable thoughCan opener: dirty like rest of knife but not twisted; edge is slightly nicked in the middleReamer: Perfect, looks like it was hardly used. Could get buffed up on the edge but definitely best looking blade on the knife aside from the scissorsScales: Read missing, front intact but missing tweezers and cross has fallen outKeyring: still has the factory tiny keyring it appearsSo you could put a set of scales on it and reshape the main blade, but the knife blades would be ugly. It really needs a nice tourist donor for handles and the knife blades. But as I said it's a great parts knife for the scissors and the phillips, you could do all kinds of 84mm Cadet/Sportsman mods. And you're right Max, it is the Salesman:http://www.smartknives.com/Victorinox-Knives/Victorinox-Salesman.htm
So no one in here is interested in it? I'd love to pass it on if someone else who is nuts about 84mm scissors wants it; I am just myself not a big fan of scissors in general so it would just end up on a mod for a friend some day.
