That's interesting.... the guy doesn't seem to be opening the bottle opener, and he seems to be levering the SwissTool down to open the beer bottles?  I wonder how he's doing that...

Plus it doesn't even look like there's any tools open on it when he opens the bottle.

Is he just using the edge of the tool body to pry up underneath the cap?

That's what I was wondering... is there some "fancy" way of opening a bottle I don't know about?

That's what it looks like.  He's using the end with the plier hinge & just digging in with the bottom lip on the near side of the cap.

I thought of that, but he doesn't seem to be putting much effort into it... either he's practiced ALOT or there's something more....

Looky how he holds the bottle with his other hand, with his top finger curled around the bottle neck just below the cap. I'm thinking that finger his what he pries upwards against with the SwissTool.

.......and yah, it looks like he's had a lot of practice.

Look at the table full of bottles.  I'd say he's practiced a lot!

Yah, the gripping hand looks like the secret to lever against whilst prying with the bottom lip of the tool.  My arthritis wouldn't take very many of those.

I've watched that thing so many times now I'll be humming "Working in a Coal Mine" for the rest of the day.

And I'm thirsty for a beer.
