People forget that not all Gerbers are crap and people also forget that not everything made in China is a POS.
the Syderco Tenacious is said to be good even though it's made in china...but it's a knife...

I dunno, its a completely new one to me. One thing I'm noting is the pivot screws, which look a lot like those on the Gerber 800 tool (which is made in the US) So perhaps this one is domestically made too?
How about the Gerber Flik?
Quote from: Leatherman123 on March 15, 2009, 10:35:00 PMHow about the Gerber Flik? Do a search on here on Flik... At first I thought it was a good tool until I read some posts on here.

My clutch isn't like that. It's pretty solid with no play in the tools. I've had mine for about 3 years now and I use it almost daily as a light keychain tool and the finish is still pristine.Have to agree - my Clutch is a decent tool.Same here. Picked up 4 of them on sale and the ones that I have opened are well made for their size.No complaints other than the blood blisters from it snapping closed on my finger
