Thanks to Neil I now have a lot more bits to have another go at a couple of SAK mods. He sent me 4 SAK's which I received today and although he had told me they were fugly, even I was surprised at just how skanky these were

I don't know if it matters, but I've been keeping liners with their adjacent tools and back springs in separate baggies after cleaning. I figure trying to keep them together may give them better function later.

I got a batch like that from Neil as well. Fortunately the tools I want to harvest are in good nick. Still going to need a lot of cleaning though.

I hasten to add gents that when you tell what you're trying to build I do try and ensure that you have at least one of each tool required in a reasonable state

Just that they're normally spread out over four or five skanky SAKs
