Title: Whiz Tools?
Post by: WoodsDuck on October 05, 2018, 04:41:19 AM
Anybody know anything about this Whiz Tools brand? The product I came across is this SAK clone that doesn't look like any I've seen before. Even comes in a presentation tin, apparently. It's going for $30 on ebay, which wouldn't be bad if it's halfway decent. Which it probably isn't, but who knows

It looks pretty good, but...  The guy in the background picture is the character Jack, from Lost.  I mean, if they are using a screen shot from a TV show that ended in 2010 for their ad where else are they skimping?

Probably everywhere. Which is why I'm not keen to be the guinea pig on this one  :P

I have one of these (or at least the same design, from China).  Avoid strongly.  Total garbage.  Not much better than the typical CAK.
