Since we're all sick of watching how much fun and games the brits have in their meetings, I was wonderingI love that image... makes me chuckle every time. And to answer the Swed's question: "NAIL VARNISH" ::)
if we could arrange a meeting for all the nordic people (or at least if there's any interest for such meeting) :D

Copying something I'd found on the Internet when looking up Altaic languages, with my addition of Greek. I thought it was interesting though soon discredited.
"to work hard", past tense, Finnish / Turkish / ancient Greek
1 uurastin / uğraştım / eirgasthin
2 uurastit / uğraştın / eirgasthis
3 uurasti / uğraştı / eirgasthi
11 uurastimme / uğraştık / eirgasthimen
22 uurastitte / uğraştınız / eirgasthite
33 uurastivat / uğraştılar / eirgasthisan
The 3rd person singular forms are virtually identical. Also, the Finnish word "kalabaliikki" has a Turkish counterpart, kalabalık. Please also note that in Finnish kala=fish+ and in Turkish +balık=fish. Coincidence? I don't think so!
And don't make me tell you what kalabalikia means in modern Greek!

A nordic meetup would be cool, if I can find the time.
I guess it should be somwhere fairly easy to reach by all. Somewhere in Sweeden perhaps?

I was always under the impression that it would be hard to learn Finnish, but apparently I only need to know two words. :D

 So, how do I say: "Six burning spruces return from the moon"? :ahhh
Oh hey, look at all the spectators in unsafe locations. :ahhh
You guys taking about silly words in other languages reminded me of this:

At any rate, I would love to see the results of a Nordic Meetup! I imagine this is what the parking lot would look like!

Lentokonesuihkuturbiinimoottoriapumekaanikkoaliupseerioppilas
According to Wikipedia this means "airplane jet turbine engine auxiliary mechanic non-commissioned officer student". That sounds ridiculous even in English. "Lentokonesuihkuturbiinimoottoriapumekaanikkoaliupseerioppilas" is said to be the longest Finnish word at 61 letters, however that is arguable because you could make up any word you wanted in Finnish really. Let's see what you get if you break it down, translate the words into English, and then put it back together.
Aeroplaneshowerturbinemotorhelpmechanicnoncommissionedofficerstudent. 68 Letters! English wins! And it'd funnier because it says "helpme" right in the middle.
