Hello all, looking for the VIC scissors that fit in the Leatherman Wave/Charge.
I can't remember their length, but I do remember the pivot hole needs to be drilled out. Looking for either drilled or factory.
If someone remembers the size (length of scissors, or which Vic model has them) could you please post it
Located in the US, would prefer a US supply unless you have multiples.

The 91mm Vic scissors fit nicely in the external tool slots of the Wave/Charge handles. You are correct that the pivot hole needs to be drilled out. :salute:

Exactly what I needed!
Did they ever make 91mm scissors in black oxide?

Just a guess, but it might be easier to find someone to BO some scissors than to find a BO SAK with scissors.

As far as I know, the only black Vic scissors are on the swisstools.
Having someone do a BO run is quite expensive. Bob aka syph007 has done this in the past. Cerakote works as well but again is pricy.

Use a gun blackening kit to blackout any scissors you want ;)

Been there did that. Doesn’t hold up that well. Maybe a day tops. Stainless is a tricky beast.
