I must confess, I have yet to see any multitools in the strips. But there are lots of bike tool being used(and some NOT for their intended purposes)

Thanks Bryan, and great to see you again!
I read that strip from time to time and I enjoy it. Although, I have had the sense to put my bike away for the year- if my Jeep is slipping on the road I'd really rather not be in something that much less stable!

Ironically, I prefer the bike in crappy weather. Yeah! I may "bounce" on the road(already had a couple of bruised ribs and had to replace a bicycle helmet), bu I won't end up being incinerated in a car!!!

Given the stats of people on bicycles that get run over versus people incinerated in cars, I'll take my chances! :ahhh

Being a former volunteer fireman, With the firehouse next to Interstate 295 & the Jersey Turnpike, I have a slightly different POV :ahhh

Maybe, but I'm guessing very few of those victims were MTO members.... :D

I've read every strip several times and still follow the comic daily, it's actually my favorite webcomic of all times :tu:
Then again, it's hardly surprising, as I bike everywhere all year 'round...
Ride safe, fellow cyclists! :salute:

Ride safe, fellow cyclists!
Hah. best tip for riding safe - Stay the hell out of my way. >:(
(I ride myself, but some of the cyclists out there really grind my gears.... :twak: )

Tell me about it.
I ride as well and I make a point of never putting myself in a position where someone else can hurt me. I don't count on drivers being alert and aware or that their cars are in perfect condition. I assume they are all going to hit me if I let them- so I simply don't let them.....
