Hi ' All 

I would like to show you on mod presention of add on my house&car key to Victorinox Huntsman model , Many time I had been forget the key before leave outsite , anyway in my backpack still have SAK'S so Why I shold not add on the key inside knife ? That is a main idea.

I will trying to do the best , My English is not well .

Fist Step , We start to drill or cut to the  brass center pin .

We will drill the hole for insert the center pin by drill press ( drill diameter 2.1 mm) .

Arange The center pin 2 mm and revet it by the small machanical hammer .

To insert the newer center pin to the top of knife fram.



I  used the drill press vise and small to helping holder for easy insert .

Revet the center pin the fornt site .

We will check all the key are continous to working smootly , before We fix a scale by epoxy .

I build the newer scale based on MobliePhone and fixed the scale  by epoxy and vise v:D

Thnks  Screwtape, Omm...I will plan to do that for next long weeken . However, The key point of sucsess is Thickness of a new key the size should be same the old one as you take it out . BTW the hole drill are 2.5 mm also the process is not difficutly .
