I reported it.  I'm sick of these Hong Kong knock offs using my favorite knife's good name.

I reported them as well.
When ever I see the knockoff Gerber DETs for sale at Oz Ebay I report them , does Ebay ever do anything with sellers who systemically sell counterfeit items  , I reckon Ebay has mastered the art of sitting on hands , when it comes too shonky users/sellers

It appears that the spring on those bogus scissors is already sprung!

I guess such blatant copyright and trademark infringements don't concern you when you operate in a third world country?

Edit: Report filed!

The blue one is stamped stainless where Victorinox should be. The red one was discussed earlier. All are fakes.

Reported too.   Cheap knockoff junk is such a waste of time and energy to even make.

Here is The Swiss Army Knife Owner's Manual's take on shoddy chinese fake SAKs, similar to your statement:
"All in all a waste of resources, of worker’s time, and of one’s money."

On the fake WorkChamp also the ends of the wood and metal saws are clearly wrong.  The set of photos below tho are from a real Vic I think - multilpying the seller's dulplicity.
But what are the obvious differences from the real on the other two?  Aside from the cream-colored toothpick on one...

Reported them all. Smurf these jokers.  :twak:

The pliers are always the biggest tell for me. In true Chinese corner cutting fashion they just stamp and tumble. Come on guys, stamp them, tumble polish then grind the jaw faces so they have a sharper edge. I know you have the equipment over there. WTH? You can make real iPads but not fake Vics?

I've seen Chi multitools so awful it's unbelievable. One had a file that just had a vague rolled on impression of a file pattern on it. It was so obvious that it was never even intended to work as a disappointing low quality file, just to fool enough people into thinking it might work in photos or in the package to get them to buy it. It's the ultimate f-you to consumers.

It's kind of sad really. For ever connoisseur there's a thousand people that have bought a fake and wind up thinking the quality of Swiss tools is nothing special. The high seller ratings of these guys proves that the people never even realize they bought J-2 stainless garbage.

That's what ticks me off the most about these.  People unwilling and unknowingly buy these rip-offs thinking they're getting a quality Swiss Army Knife, and end up with cheap junk that breaks/falls apart and they then think that SAKs are junk, and tell their friends don't bother with getting a Swiss Army Knife, they're just crap.

There are so many people out there with bad impressions of quality tools because of these ass clowns selling this junk.  I really wish companies like Vic/Leatherman/ect. could team up with ebay to help police this crap and keep these sellers from being able to put this stuff on ebay.

This is why I continue to preach not to buy anything from china made of steel.  Their steel is garbage.  They rock cheap electronics, but do you really want to rely on a knife or shotgun barrel made of Chinese steel?

If there isn't already a thread where we can post fakes and everybody can gang up on them with reports I propose this be it. I'll report every one I see a link to. Maybe with a whole forum of watch dogs these fools will switch to selling fake purses or shoes or something else we don't care about.

I asked one seller why he was selling fake knives from China. I get this reply:

"""It is made in China.
It's the best replacement and the same as our description.
It works well.

Thanks for your message.

At least he is honest about the origin, just doesn't care about stealing the name.

These sellers probably wouldn't know what Victorinox is.
They probably think the factory where they get there cheap knives from is called Victorinox

Can they be reported directly to Victorinox? It seems like they have a vested interest.

I emailed Victorinox with links of fake knives(with Vic logo on them) before and they tell me they forward the links to there legal team or something like that.

They cant do anything to stop the fake trade in China, but they should be able to pressure ebay.  I'm willing to bet there are zero real SAKS for sale from people with sellers accounts in China.

A fake Spartan almost up to what a real one would cost.

Not sure if its a fake but I bet it is:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330769726996&clk_rvr_id=369306291219&item=330769726996&lgeo=1&vectorid=229529 (http://www.ebay.ca/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330769726996&clk_rvr_id=369306291219&item=330769726996&lgeo=1&vectorid=229529)

11 bids and at US 41. 6 mins to go.

The cork screw looks strange. I think that could be a real photo. Not sure.
But look at the small little photos. You can see small differences(very hard to see).

and I think that fact thats it China and has silly descriptions is enough to know its fake.

Sword
Pull the cork drill
Small screwdriver also to be a Cross screw
Drilling cone
Forceps
Unloading hook device
Nail file/ wheres this?
Remove the wire tool

Could be real

Bump.

This one keeps coming back: www.ebay.com/itm/170893011401 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/170893011401)

Seller says it's not a Victorinox (duh!). But I'm guessing it's still a counterfeit item that should be reported.

You'd think that it must be tough to sell Vic knives if your location is in china. Anyone that was fooled once, sure wouldnt buy again.  Also arent most people aware of the china fake trade?  It IS really annoying though.

Although the seller mentions this is not Victorinox, the knife and its box display the counterfeited Victorinox logo AND the opened knife image is a stolen Victorinox Craftsman stock product image. And we do not know what is on the blade tang...   :twak:

I doubt it is real but you never know.

Victorinox from Deal Extreme are real and they are a Chinese store.
