I tried so hard to like this show, but I just can't... I mean it's a popular comedy, with geeky references and a hot blonde .. I should be a huge fan, but it just feels *meh* to me :think: ... watched 3 episodes in a row last month, I didn't even crack a smile - well it's generally put in the timeslot between Friends and the Sheen Two and Half Men so I guess I can't help to compare them to each other...

With ELR, we saw some on tv, then saw it was on Netflix and watched through the whole series in order. They're very different shows really, and each apply to an aspect of my life - ELR with the marriage/family aspect, and TBBT with the geeky stuff :D

I've recently gotten into TBBT in the last year and I enjoy it. Been catching up on a lot of the comedy shows from the last 5-6 years. Charlie Sheen 2 and a Half Men, HIMYM and The League.
I love The League, Sheen episodes of 2 and a Half Men are great but HIMYM, meh. I'd like to punch Ted Mosby in the face and Lily is a manipulative little smurf.
For anyone that is an Adult Swim fan, I just got done watching season 1 of Rick and Morty. That show is a riot. :D
