I own 3 Waves +, two stainless versions (one "early one" without the "+" on the handles for the collection, and one "regular +" for EDC), both set me back 149,95€.
I did a have 10€ discount card from the store for one of them :woohoo:

And a BO Wave +, which set me back 154,95€ ... ::)
But I must say, I really like the Wave +, and all 3 I own came with perfect fit and finish, no quality issues whatsoever :tu:.
This makes the Wave my "most owned" tool now, having 8 of them ( from the original Wave to the Wave + models), followed by the Spirit, from which I own 6.

It was one of the questions I asked him when I was trying to determine if he was legit. He told me that he got a great deal on a bulk purchase locally, the more he bought the lower the price.

Well I caved and bought one the other day. I was thinking it can replace my basically new/unused Wave cause I have always liked the Charge AL one which this seems similar and the 154cm blade. I am not sure I like the BO but we will see! I hate that black coming off in my hands! :)
It's only on the inside of the tool, wipes off easily, the scales are aluminium so not BO coated.

Exactly what I was thinking...
If they want to strike, fine. If package service gets delayed by a couple of days, so be it.
But rumor has it that there are containers full of packages from around the strikes that still need to be progressed.
I work in a hospital (logistics) and things aren't easy for us as well, but you don't see us dropping our work for a week or so... "sorry my friend, no meds for you, we're on strike..." ::).

The Molle sheaths are the only thing I don't like about the BO Charge (and BO Wave/BO Rebar/etc...).

I can't stand Velcro so this what l use for my Charge.
I have one of these cases too. They are very nice leather cases. I also don't care for the velcro but I do like the new Leatherman cases that have the snap on them. Not sure if they hold up or wear easy yet but like the snap part way better!
I would like to find a belt pouch with a clip instead of the loop to carry the Charge Plus in!

I can't stand Velcro so this what l use for my Charge.
I have one of those but without the yellow Leatherman logo/writing on it, instead it has the Charge Shield on the snap button, great quality sheaths for sure :tu:.
But I've found something even better (in my opinion at least 8)).

Yep, Charge is a "fat boy" compared to the Wave ... ::)
I also have one of those one elastic side and leather rap on the other side Wave sheaths, and that one is even for the Wave a tight fit, so no way the Charge will fit in there. Even the custom made Gohard Wave sheath which I won here (https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,68614.90.html) won't take the Charge when using the lowest snapbutton, and when you use the upper snapbutton it's too large ... (just to be very clear, that Gohard sheath is BY FAR the best sheath I've ever owned, and it's just perfect for the Wave, fits like a glove ... :tu:).
Charge sheaths are not as easy found ... but I've got something nice for my BO Charge(s), once they arrive that is ::).
But, today there was some movement in the tracking on the Bpost site, so maybe the Belgian postal services are finally getting on with it ... fingers crossed :dwts:.

Like said before, the boxes look a bit battered and bruised, it even looks a bit like (very light) waterdamage, but the tools are just fine.
They will need a good rub down, since they are quite oily and the BO coating, well you know ... BO Leatherman Tools ... ::)

Checked them completely and only thing I noticed is that the diamond coated file rubs slightly against the ALU scale on one of them, but again ... you know ... Leatherman Charge ... ::)

A day after I ordered the Charges, I stumbled upon these brand new "old stock" Real Tree Camo leather sheaths, and bought all that were left to use them with my new BO Charge +'s, since these deserve better than the current Molle sheath they come with in my opinion.

Those are small pieces of TALON grip tape, same as the one used on pistol grip. I added a small piece to each of the non-engraved side of the handles. The rubber texture gives me a better, non slip grip on the tool :tu::) for a moment I was thinking somewhere somehow there could be a customised handle for wave, like those dimples on the OG TTI scales :ahhh
