Hope she is ok buddy :salute:
I love the Micro Technician. It was one of my very first multitools and I have found it to be very capable on a number of occasions. You should be able to manage just about anything with that... although no knife.... yeah, that can be a bit of a problem, maybe this is a good excuse to buy a new SAK when you get there?
I hope your grandmother feels better soon. I know a visit from an MTO member would sure help me feel better some days!

Look at the Donation Box on the right side of your screen, then ask yourselves if you are willing to fly on the airline that we could get with the MTO budget.... :pok:Okay, a cargo ship then? :ahhh

+2! Tell her there's a bunch of knife toting loonies on the Internet wishing her the very best!
Thanks guys!
We visited her in hospital twice today, and saw some if the local tourist sites while she was resting.
She is a stubborn old girl, but canser suregery at her age is no joke, and she is very weak. :(
The swisstech has seen some action though. Fastening all kinds of loose screws and handels in her house,
The videos of the mountains you sent were stunning!
I am glad to hear that your grandmother is standing her ground too. Cancer surgery is pretty serious, but they must have figured she was strong enough or they wouldn't have tried. Still, I am sure everyone here wishes her the absolute best, and hopes for a full recovery!

Wishing the best for your grandmother here as well! And next time, remember the Vic 58 mm are accepted for air travel in Norway (and any other country following IATA guidelines, e.g. all of Schengen AFAIK). I've had a Vic 58 mm double checked in security on at least three Norwegian airports, Gardermoen included, and they have accepted it every time.
