G'Day,
I want to give Zen (Leatherman Oz distributors) a big thumbs up again.
I took a Style CS from one of my mates in that had a broken carbiner. He usually hangs it on his train keys and I think it clipped the door or chair and broke off. Luckily he caught it before it would have fallen onto the tracks.
No questions, just a replacement given after the usual paperwork.
Thank you Zen and Leatherman for a fantastic warranty program!!!

G'day,
I want to show some pics though. I have one of the original Styles, and then the new one from today. Blue is the old one, black the new one
The new one has two differences: The nail nick on the blade is in the correct spot, about time!!! And the file has a nail nick too that is not part of the file. Two very worthy improvements, thank you Leatherman!!!
