Just as the title says. I'm usuing google chrome as my browser and gmail as my email. I was gettong them yesterday and on my blackberry as well. Anyone else having the same problem?

The server isn't sending mail by the looks of things :)
I have some knowledge of these things if I can help at all guys.

Esteban was looking into it, then the server went down.
AFAIK, nothing has changed, yet the sendmail seems to not work all of the sudden... :ahhh :poh:

no one pm's me and i turned off email notification so its all good here too :P

seemed the server reboot fixed whatever the issue was... even if it didn't go as smooth as it should have.

Same problem here, the way I fixed it was...
Go to profile
Erase your current email address
Save the profile
Open the profile
Re-enter an email address
Save the profile
I started getting emails again, as a matter of fact a couple that were day sold but had a recent time stamp of when they were sent.
Worked for me doing it this way.

That was the first place I looked.

It seems to work for some and not for others, which makes it difficult to track down.
One thing you can try is to change your email settings, save the changes, then change them back. That may work.

I get the notice ocassionally. Likeone this week but the majority of the email notices are not going out to me.

seriously, no idea why, it's bound to be a server mail configuration issue, but I haven't the foggiest idea where to start looking to fix it.

EDIT: OK - got there with a combination of BB code and html :)

Dave I believe you can use standard html links, i.e.
<a href="http://...">your text here</a> IIRC at least one other guy had that problem and they solved it this way...

Yeah just sussed it thank Nikos - looks like the [url] bbcode tag is blacklisted according to the message you get.
