Title: MOP SAK
Post by: NeitherExtreme on September 07, 2007, 11:00:03 PM
Maybe you Swiss folk know all about this one already, but it was new to me. Kinda pricey, but sure looks nice!  ;D

For that price, I'll stick with the cellidor :o :o

And beside's you'd need a Colt single action army with m-o-p grip's to go with the scales ;D

I'm kinda partial to the laser pointer model myself.

I dunno, I really don't like sak's having any kind of onboard electronic's but then I'm a luddite ;D

They do look pretty good though don't they ;)

There are numerous modders in SOSAK that could make scales as nice as that.

www.knifehandles.com is a good source for MOP...

I think Tim (Felinevet) is selling the same thing for $100 less.

I've been wanting to get the Staghorn model for a while now, but more useable tools (and smaller finances!) got in the way.

Indeed, it's a constant struggle.  :-\

I regularly browse your inventory to see if there are any changes so I was pretty sure I saw it there.  :)  Of course, going there is a constant struggle too.  A struggle to stop from spending more money.  :D

The MOP is a beautiful SAK, what I consider functional art.  One could do worse than collect the Swisschamps with all the exotic handles.

You aren't spending money, you are giving a poor kitty a new lease on life!

You need more SAKs and multis from Felinevet, right?  Don't forget, Felinevet can get just about anything you need from flashlights to knives to outdoors supplies!

I'm not married, but for those of you who are, would this fly?

"But I had to buy that Swisstool Spirit Plus Rachet!  That poor kitten needed an operation!"

Just show her the little pic from Felinevet- the one with the lil kitty with the crutches and bandages...

Then show www.fveap.org to see all the success stories, and you'll have no problems!

You should get married so you can try it out! :P

Just caught the post. Sorry I don't have any of the Staghorns. I might order some more in the future but I'm pretty strapped after a huge purchase recently.

(Former) wife #1 thought everything I was interested in or bought was stupid and a waste of money and wouldn't care who or what I was helping save.

(Future) wife #2, after telling her about Tim, FVEAP, and how buying stuff from him helps the kitties, doesn't mind at all.   In fact, (future) wife #2 has been mentioning lately that she wants a Leatherman Hybrid, and asked if it was something we could get thru the "guy that helps the kitties."

Well I always found it best to to just lie to the wife rather than tell I got a new one, And beside's all the while i was with here I never had the money anyway >:(

My last girlfriend however was totally cool about my spending habit's, but then she had a heart ;D

But as far as exscuses go I think blaming you addiction on wee kitties will work a treat ;D

Thanks for the alibi tim ;)

I wonder if plastic surgery is covered by Felinevet?  It's an emergency for these kitties!

Maybe some hair plugs for this one?

Show these pictures to wives or girlfriends just before you order another SAK or multi and she'll insist you pick up a few more while you are at it!
