Title: Victorinox Pathfinder
Post by: shaggist on August 16, 2018, 02:43:00 AM
I would like any information that any of you have about a knife I bought in St. Croix sometime in the period 1980-1982 on a trip I made there. It is a Victorinox and I am told it is a Pathfinder. Seemingly, what makes it unique is that it has no tools on the back of the knife, but only the two blades shown. The belt pouch came with it, but it had no shield on the saw blade. It has never been used, carried, or sharpened.  I would appreciate estimates of its value, as I need to be able to list it on my personal property insurance. Thanks in advance for all your help.

That reminds me, I've got to probably get a rider on my folks' house policy, but pay for it myself, but supposedly, what I've got is covered, but with this particular agent, sometimes I'm not sure.

Currently, these are being sold on eBay for $35 new, so I'd suppose that's what you ought to list it for.
