Title: Help needed: Swiss Military multitool + ballpoint. Is it Victorinox?

Is the 'multi-tool' (blade, scissors, nail file) made by Victorinox or some other company.?
Maybe some Swiss members know?

It looks very much like a Wagner, but this "Swiss Military" multitool has no flashlight. My guess is that it's a Chinese copy.

Not Chinese, but not completely Swiss either... It's also India! If you check the product profile, the URL has the extension 'india'.
So I don't think the blade, scissors and file are made by Vic.
