hello to all. This is my first idea for a public mod but anyways my idea is to take off of a skeletool the side with the extra bit and replace it with another opposite side so the whole thing would have two knife slots (or file ect). And then replace one of the bit drivers with a t-shank holder. And bam. Super coolness. But my concern is that A. will it close after the operation? and B. could I even put a t-shank holder there? Let me know if this is just maddness :twak:

Or will the exchanger fit in the knife slot? inwich case you could use a freestyle handle instead.

Madness or not, I would still love to see it tried :dd: :like:
I am thinking there will be problems with it closing but who knows  it may work just fine :tu: :like:

well i was thinking it would add alot of utility but no much weight because i carry it everywhere and love it. I would like to know if anyone has an old freestyle i could buy or have but will probly end up geting from ebay.

The problem is that the handles are made for each other with a curve to nestle in the other side.

i was thinking that it would go on the opposite way so the knife blade would be on opposing sides so the curves would match.

someone did a double sided skeletool before called skeletsurge.
unfortunatly photos wont load but maybe thread will help.
