Some of you have some pretty interesting avatars. Where did it come from and what were you thinking? :think:
Mine is a picture of myself taken by accident (you notice it's off center) by the built in webcam on my Mac, then run through one of the Macs filters.
What was I thinking? I dunno, I guess it's a combination of a bad picture/subject and a cool filter.

I have more pics of myself taken with the inbuilt mac camera than I care to admit. It's.....not right.
I put some tape over it sometimes, just in case it is recording even when I don't turn it on (Where's the "They're all against me! I'm being followed! You can't trust the authorities!" smiley?)

I know what you mean! I see that light on next to the camera (for no apparent reason) and I'm thinking it's "1984". :ahhh

OnT: If the picture in my avatar was taken four or five seconds later it would be an excellent "fail" picture. As it is now, I think it looks cool and captures the magic of flight on a small scale.

My avatar is a sketch of a dogo argentino, which is the type of dog I had for about 8 years before he died on me. Best dog I ever had, which isn't a shot at my husky. My husky is a beautiful animal, but he's a dog, while the dogo was more of my siamese twin. Hard to explain really, but there was something special about him.

I'd love that too- these guys loved to run and play. The funniest thing was seeing Pete come back with grass stains all over him! White dog+ forceful impact in the grass= green and white dog!

True. But no knife or tool can compare to Pete--I never tire of pictures of him. He was a beautiful Dogo.

I didn't picture you like that at all.
I usually just have a buzz cut instead of the completely bald look. I like it but it's too high maintenance. I'm a man, I don't wanna spend all day prettying up my hair, that takes away from my bacon eating time.
