I won this one at real low price, inmediatly the seller beg not to pay because there was a problem with the item.

Yeah - dudes a jackass. Needs to be reported.

I was watching that auction. I was debating bidding until all of a sudden all the bids were retracted and he started saying it was no longer for sale. Was really fishy.
-
I bid on that as well, and my bid was certainly higher than the ending price. Not sure what is going on, but certainly fishy.
-
Is there other 'correlated' items that were retracted and re-sell under the other name?
Another vote for reporting!

I sent a message asking about why the previous listing was ended prematurely and why my bid was higher than the ending price. (This was before I realized that it was listed under a different user.
"Hello, There was an error in the 1st listing. It was listed as black when it is gunmetal blue. Thanks. John"

That is the funny part, he said that he listed wrongly as black, later told me not to pay because was unavailable.
About the wrong color is up to the buyer to keep it or send back the item, you are bidding for the item of the picture.
At first I accepted the fact that he had a problem, so I told him that it was ok, but when I saw it under other seller name, bothered me a lot.

To me this looks like a very poor seller, completely unprepared and careless. Mistakes are human but in this case this seller after probably discovering they made a mistake they chose to lie and try to cheat the system and customers instead of keeping their part of the deal.
I hope you gave negative feedback and contacted eBay already to report this.
Good luck

....and the plot thickens. Just looked at it and it's up to $117. So, is this seller falsely jacking up the price and then retracting the fake bids? Glad I reported and hope that ebay does something about it.

Exactly why I ask a bunch of questions about an item before bidding. Get a feel for what the seller is like. Is he answering questions or just beating around the bush? I have seen guys do this before and before they EBAG started blocking the bidders names I noticed a lot of guys had friends run up bids for them so they would get the money they wanted for the item. I am a victim of this sorta thing. So when I see people doing what this guy did I think he has friends that run up the bids for him. I always set a price for the item that I and never go over it. If I lose the so be it. This guy has friends that bid on his items to run it up. He is using this friend this time to sell an item he lied about now. Crooks everywhere.

I don't even buy on fleabay unless the seller has super duper feedback like in the thousands and high 90 percentages. When I stick to those rules I rarely have any trouble.
