The Break Room / Re: Any EU members up for a EU GAW box ?

Here's how it works: Frenchephaistos gets hold of a suitable box, fills it with goodies, and mails it to the next in line. Let's say AndyAaron gets it. He looks over the contents and decides what he thinks is cool. When I had the boxes making their way across the States, it was understood that you had to put stuff in if you removed more than one item. (I put at least one item in for every item I took out, sometimes more.) Andy AndyAaron would then repack the box and send it to the next MTo'er. The Stateside box kept growing in size. It's pretty cool to see how it grows, and you have to wonder who claimed the stuff you put in...

The same one I've been carrying around for a few weeks now along with a coin I keep on me most days.

Here are my two for today. I love this combination -- almost anything can be done between the two (or I guess just with the CT since it has all the tools the Compact has and more).

Great pairing !   :like:

Thanks Steve, the bolsters are no longer pinched and the lines are faded. But the knife works great now

Huh, that helps a lot. It might be time to go buy a couple of busted up MP600s on the bay for parts...

Day 5

MP450 helped with taking stuff down at the old apartment. Probably would've been better off with a 600, but trying to rotate through before I double up. It got the job done, including loosening up some nice big bolts (gave me a little pinch in the process). I think the 450 is probably the most practical MP for me for EDC. The Gerber scissors are about the same size as the 74mm Vic scissors, and I'd rarely, if ever, have the MP with me and not have the Executive on my keys. A full size file is handy for a lot of stuff, even with the file on the SAK.
