This is what's on me every day that I get out of bed.  The watch and bandana get rotated.

Undisclosed minimum amount of cash (in wallet)
6 quarters
P-51 (in wallet)
Ontario Rat 1
Bic Lighter
Fenix E12
Bandana of some kind
Watch (G-Shock or Timex Expedition for most days)
10-ft duct tape (in wallet)
Cell phone (employer-provided iPhone)
Pen (of some variety)
Chap Stick
Mini Altoids (in Sally’s Beauty Supply tin)
Claritin plus a decongestant (single dose in Sally’s Beauty Supply tin)
Victorinox Explorer Plus
NYG leather bi-fold
SOG PowerLock with bit kit
Telstar Multi-Purpose Wrench (on try-out)
Emergency contact list (in wallet)

Paracord bracelet gets in the mix when I’m outside, on the weekends, or with the Scouts; otherwise it was phased out of my EveryDC.

Hanging around the house, I de-load and wear a mini kit on a lanyard.

It looks like you are pretty much ready for anything!

The decongestant is a great choice.  I keep Benedryl in the Jeep as well as in the house so it's not far away.  Sensitive skin is a hell of a problem sometimes and I can break out in hives from things and never know what they are.

That post without any words talking about no pics - there is a picture!

Seems like quite a bit, but really the only weight or substantial volume is coming from the PowerLock but that's on my belt in a sheath. Otherwise it fits neatly in most of my pants.  Only time I have an issue is on laundry day when I don't have any of my preferred pants to wear and end up with something with smaller pockets.

Crap.  I see it on my end.  Don't with most other pics.  It was linked from a Google photos account if that matters?

One, I learned how to move photos to the shared folder on Google.
Two, I learned that I don't need to on MTO and I can simply add an attachment.
Three, I learned that I can't edit all of my posts on MTO, either this thread starter or the another one where I goofed the picture.

Nice carry.  You seem to have thought this out.  Was it a lot of trial and testing?

Not sure what you're getting at with this post.

I happen to like colour themed EDC setups as do other members of this forum. I am currently carrying a themed EDC (coincidentally, also in black).

I also recently posted a similar statement about a blue themed one in another thread.

To imply that enjoyment of a colour choice of tools is racist and that it's OK because of my nationality is pushing the limits of what I would consider acceptable. Racism is unacceptable regardless of it's origin and the label of racist is not something to be casually tossed around.

You may have been trying to make a joke, but it is anything but funny.

Not too much trial and error.  It all came from recommendations from various boards or reviews.

Knives I tried out a little bit, and found I like everything about the Rat, just wish for grippier scales.
I went with SOG to get the strongest pliers available, and then decided to try out the PPP.  I much prefer the bulkier tool on my belt.
The 91mm SAK is the sweet spot for me, and I started with the Explorer Plus as it boasts a good tool set.  I got the SwissChamp to add to a bag, and toyed with it for a little.  I decided if I was going with the full size MT, then I didn’t need the larger SAK.  But I do really like the file, so I am considering going for a Ranger with plus scales.
The Fenix was simply the most popular at a decent price point.  I am looking for something a little larger, but not necessarily for daily use.  I’d say it’s good enough for now.

To eliminate bulk, wouldn't it make more sense to ditch the SAK? Except for the corkscrew, which can be worked around with the pliers, everything is replicated with the Powerlock. I did the Rat folders...good folders.

The SAK is my backup knife to the folder.  The SOG will be updated to a serrated blade.  The SAK offers scissors, tweezers, corkscrew, mini driver, magnifying glass, pin, pen and the glorious toothpick.  Not to mention, I cannot utilize the tools on the SOG if I’m using the pliers to grasp something.  Redundant – yes, but intentional.

You may have been trying to make a joke, but it is anything but funny.

I was in fact trying to make a joke. Keep forgetting I'm not very good at it...

It was based on the fact that in the USA everyone has to be absolutelly politically correct, and everything people say has to be completelly free from any (even remote) reference to race or creed or sexual orientation. From what I see/hear, there are no black americans, they are afro-americans. No indians, they are native-americans. No old people, they are senior citizens. And so on, and so on...

Someone using any of the former expressions is a racist or biggot or similar. Other countries are not so "strick" about this political correctness, that's why I said it was ok to say "black" because you are not american. It seems that in the USA you can't even use the world "black" even when mentioning the colour of an object.

In my view, the political correctness is even worse, it works like a way of being intolerant without appearing so. (Me, a biggot?! Never! I always say afro-american, never use the B word...)

Sorry for having offended you (and possibly some other members of the forum). I tried to edit my post but was too late for that. Maybe a mod can remove it?...

Thanks and again, sorry for the lame atempt at comedy...

Still, before one makes others laugh and think, one should start by thinking before one opens one's mouth if what one is trying to say will be understood as one intends. (Wow, I sound just like Jaqen H'ghar...)
 :P

There's a great piece of stand-up from Lenny Bruce that shows exactly what I think about political correctness. Might be a little too incisive to post here, though...

I think your English is so good we all forget that it isn't your native language.  But, it seems to be done, no point on dwelling on it, let's get back to that awesome all black EDC.

If you want to color coordinate stuff then all black is the way to go as it's the one color every manufacturer can agree on!
