Just curious what your favorite Swiss Logo or shield design is.
I've probably missed some, and there are many varieties of the ones listed, but here are the main ones I know of:
1) Modern Victorinox
2) Old Cross Victorinox
3) Original Soldier cross with WK stamp
4) Modern Soldier Swiss Federal Shield
5) Modern Wenger
6) Vintage Wenger Shield with Cross
7) Vintage Wenger Shield with Crossbow
Edit: Added an option for the Elinox/Economy shield per Exeter's recommendation

Modern soldier shield, but with the modern Victorinox and modern Wenger ones tied in a very close second.
(And yeah, the Elinox shield could have been included.)

I think my favorite is the old cross version, just because I like it's simple asthetics.
Second would probably be the modern victorinox Shield, mainly due to nostalgia. It's what has = Swiss army knife for most of my life.

I'm also a little surprised the vintage Wenger versions have each already gotten a vote. I almost didn't include them.

Well, it was hard. I like the OC because I have a couple and like you like the simplicity. I also like the Original Soldier cross with WK stamp, I had one and it was really neat. I almost chose Vintage Wenger Shield with Crossbow but the one I really like is Vintage Wenger Shield with Cross. That to me is elegance, simplicity, and aesthetically very pleasing to my eye. Now if I only owned one :ahhh

Well, it was hard. I like the OC because I have a couple and like you like the simplicity. I also like the Original Soldier cross with WK stamp, I had one and it was really neat. Well, the MTO solution is to buy one of each, do a 30 day challenge for each, and then decide :D

I really don't have a favorite. The Swiss Federal emblem, the OC Cross, and aged nickel silver are all favorites for me.

I carried a ribbed cadet with that shield for two years :facepalm:

I feel the coolest one is the OC style shield found on Swiss Ski Patrol knives. However, with standard ones, I can't say there's one in particular I like, though I do like aged nickel silver shields.

Ohh that's an easy one for me.... Modern Vic logo, of course... :dd:
It's been a magnetic logo for me since i remember myself... Owe it to my grampa's red cellidor Sak, that started it all for me.
And also the reason literally all my cellidor sak's are classic red :D

I went with the modern Vic shield too, probably because it was the only one I knew about for so long. :salute:
Red alox with OC is a very close second. :D

I left that out since it seems so uncommon. I probably should've added it. Thanks for mentioning it.
I personally think it looks too busy from a design standpoint. If they got rid of the globe and left the shield and V, it would look better, IMO
