Title: Happy Birthday to me- and maybe to you too!

To celebrate my birthday, I have a little surprise for everyone- I'm giving away a pretty special knife!

This is a special reissue of an old Remington Boy Scout knife manufactured by the fine folks at Bear Cutlery.

It's 100% legitimate- in fact, I purchased it from the Big Bear himself, Ken Griffey, and Bob (J-Sews) witnessed it in case you don't believe me. Anyways, more pictures:

And simmilar like Sazabi's father, my dad has TWO birthdays... :D :D :D

His documentc burned in church in start of WWII and later after war autorities wrote him in his ID another date... So now he celebrates in May and in November.... LOL... Two birthday gifts every year!! :pok: :pok:

I'd originally planned to give away a nice fixed blade but I opted for this one as it's legal for anyone anywhere to enjoy!

In India, it is typically a day to wear new clothes, meet elder-folks, pray, and then have friends/family come over for a small celebration in the evening. Sure, you do get gifts as well. ;-)

I have the day off (not planned, just worked out that way) so I plan to run a few errands and maybe make a nice supper for my wife and I, and for the rest I don't plan to do much more than sit in front of a nice fire, watch movies and hang out here in front of the computer.

We are experiencing some very heavy rain and fairly strong winds, so I am in a way forced to sit in front of the fireplace most of the day as water gets forced in the chimney and floods the fireplace if I don't have a good fire going. It's a tough job but someone has to do it! :D

Had felt guilty and often would hide from such things as it is more fun to the children. However was asked to participate in one as to not show disrespect. Received a nice beaded circle in which I wore on a handmade capote for many years.
That capote now sits on exhibit as an official American Indian Handcrafted capote somewhere in California.
