Looking at it against the one in the film, it looks like a bad replica as well. The original has plus scales and the engraving on the back side. :facepalm:

I wish there was more info on the 'Moonrise Kingdom' stag /raccoon mod though- the scales on that beauty are sweet, stag scales with Raccoon inlay and bail (knife pictured 50 seconds in):

He's a great director and his casting is impeccable - but scenery and colour is his forte. :cheers:
