Title: Pin for plus scales.
Post by: Aloha on May 17, 2018, 12:41:04 AM
I somehow lost my pin for my Explorer.  I had this one and tried it and voila.  I think I'll run it like this for now and see how it goes.

I lost the pin a while back and went straight to my sewing supplies. Pretty much any straight pin I tried will work!  :tu:

I did have a "hard" time getting the pin out before.  My glove like hands dont help much .  This pin is much easier to remove and use.  I didn't realize how much I used the pin.

Very cool Aloha!
I didn't realize how much space is available between the pin head and lower twist of the corkscrew until I saw your first photo!  :tu:  :like:

Clever solution to your dilemma.  It might help something I noticed with my Ranger, where the pin works itself out by a fraction of an inch.
