Hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions for a belt-carry method for my Surge. Basically I want to be able to carry the Surge, 1 lot of Leatherman screwdriver bits and the bit driver extension. Looking for the most compact, space-efficient way to carry this load-out.
I don't mind if it is a Leatherman sheath, or some other brand.
Any thoughts?

Skinth is nice.
And if you are looking for something very simple and extreme low profile, I have made a DIY Ranger band carry sheath thread:

Thanks for the replies guys. I think the SKINITH is exactly what I'm after.
I like the DIY option also, but it wouldn't work as well for my requirements.

Well, it will definately be clunky that way, but no "low profile".
The Surge alone is a massive beast, but with the bits and several more layers of cordura in front of it, it is a real brick on the belt.
The only way to get the Surge as low profile as possible is to wear it alone, in a as tight as possible pouch (and imho at best worn horizontally) - and store the bits and other stuff in your pockets, or maybe in a seperate small pouch.

Leatherman also makes a sheath, it's for there 502 :tu: the knife? Which has a little slot of stretchy cord on the inside, in both nylon and leather, the only thing it doesn't have is a place for the extension. JR
The one to the very left,

I made a low profile belt carry for my Surge, along with a bit and saw carrier that sits in my front left pocket. Best thing to do is it separate the two, adding the extra bits on the belt with the MT will ultimately leave it thicker and more pronounced.

Really nice!!! Looks like the one Adam from Mythbusters made…

Isn't that very similar to Adam's sheath on Tested? Very nicely done, looks clean.

Yup, inspired me to make one!

I think I like the clip more than how Adam did it, though :tu:

Next step - one made from Kydex. :)

Hey, Serena. Sorry about the repeat...I remembered reading your reply, but must have got confused after I leave the desk and come back for the reply. But at least we both agree it is a nice sheath, so we are on the same page.
