Some nice looking items, especially these two mini pry bars for $10..

Corrugated, yes , but only two orders in as many years. One was a single item order and the other was a large, multiple item order. Both orders were prompt, and complete, and quality merchandise. That is my limited experience with this dealer.
-
I want the set that comes with the $5 bill!

I'll give another cheer for countycomm. I've never had anything but good service from them.
Please let us know if you get one of the versadrivers. I've been eyeing those.
-
I AM getting one of the Versadrivers. It should come tomorrow & I'll work up a mini review when I've played with it.

I'm "glad" they don't ship internationally, they have allsorts of good stuff I'd like.
Versa driver, if it works, is a classic "so simple its brilliant" idea 8)

I'm working up a review of the Versadriver, but I have to admit I'm not that impressed with it. It slips around on the ring a little too much to get good torque on it.
-
I've looked at those many times and I always wondered how effective it would be. I am looking forward to your thoughts n it when you've played with it a bit more.

Match Case
Any idea on what that little black peice is that is glued to the bottom? I thought it was for striking matches, but that doesn't seem to work...I filed it a bit and it seems to be metal..

There's a metal piece glued to the bottom?

Yup, on mine there is...there was no mention of it in the description though.
I was thinking maybe it was a weight in case the case fell into water, the cap would be upright...but it doesn't seem heavy enough to do that..
-
I thinik if it fell in the water you'd prefer it went cap down? That way if there was a leak the contents would stay drier because more air would be trapped inside?
Just an observation...

What kind of matches were you trying to light on it? It may only work for the waterproof, "strike anywhere" type matches.
-
ahh, that's it...I tried matches that need that certain abrasive striking area (on the back of match books and boxes)...I don't own any of those strike-on-anything matches...I don't even know if they sell them around here ???
That must be what that metal peice is for though
