Swiss-knife.com is the only place I have ever seen them for sale:

They list it as the "New Ranger Touring 174".

They are not even listed in the product section of the Wenger website
(though they are a ways back in the "News" section somewhere).

If you order that and a couple of other SAKs you qualify for free shipping.
