Hi Jeremy.  Please add prices even in the swap shop.  It gives us members an idea of what the value is of your items.  Neat spinner btw and I pretty much love the name

Jeremy, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but i'm almost certain that PM2 is a fake. Compare where the blade grind ends to this picture of an actual PM2:

The intersection of your PM2's blade grind with the spydie hole is way too centered to be a real Spyderco. It crosses significantly closer to the pivot on a real PM2

All the stuff had sold from my post. Forgot to delete the post. I purchased the PM2 from BladeHQ and sent the receipt with the Gentleman that purchased the knife.

If it is a fake then I purchased a fake knife from a big knife dealer. The knife and packaging looked the same as the other pM2  I have.

I really dont want to stir up trouble, but I stand by my statement that I think its a fake. If you purchased this from BladeHQ, you should probably talk to them about it, because they absolutely should have caught that before it ever left their warehouse. More than likely someone bought a legitimate PM2 from them, and returned a fake instead. Id let the person you traded to know too, but thats just mua opinion.

Any feedback from other members is more then welcome.

No trouble! I appreciate your input!!

There is crazy scam stuff in the knife world and we all have to look out for each other.  After your message I emailed pictures of the knife to Spyderco Customer service.

I actually sold the blade for $75. I have already contacted the buyer, who is my Cousin, and I'm going to give Him the money back just to be safe.

If Spyderco says it looks sketchy I am going to contact Blade HQ. I figure there is no way to prove anything but they can at least check the knife number and see if it was a past return or something.

Here are close up pics. The pic above doesn't really show the knife in detail.

Ugh, now that im looking at the larger pics, I think i might be wrong  :-\. Hopefully its real (im sure Spyderco can straighten it out), but if it is, I apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused.

Scary thing is, there are some really good fakes so buying from a reputable dealer is always best.  If any issues come up its more likely they'll take care of you.

I have avoided buying any second hand Spyderco since I couldn't tell a fake of a real without looking at videos that detail the differences.  Even then I wouldn't be 100%.
