Well like the subject says, who here likes sunflower seeds, and what’s your flavor? But also who’s your manufacture?
I’m a bbq nut, I have to order mine offline cause I can’t find them, but I use three diff flavors and mix them together to make my ultimate flavor,
2, original bbq,
1, sweet heat, and
1 ghost pepper
The sweet kinda counterbalances the ghost which really pack some heat!
I’ve only ever really had David’s but also maybe a bag of giants and Biggs, two others I had were Jim beam and Jack Daniels waaay back, I’d like to try spitz and chinook cause they both have a much lower sodium level, but I was just curious as to if any of you like seeds and if so what kinds?

I love sunflower seeds! Raw, they're an essential ingredient in my personal muesli mix. Toasted, they're great in salads. I don't normally have them as a snack. Seeds are good for you.
Flavoured, I think I've only ever encountered tamari roasted ones. Nothing imported from North America where I presume the ones in the OP are made.

I know this is a little old but I figured I’d see if anyone new is a seed lover, as I posted I really like inhale seeds but the sodium level is high, let alone just about every other manufactures also, so I pretty much cut all seeds cause I’m on a diet and the Mrs doesn’t want me on something with such high sodium, I’d really like to get back into seeds cause I need a snack I can pick at to get me through the day, now “Chinook” seeds have a very low sodium level compared to others, one in which the Mrs wasn’t too bad with, I’ve just never tried them, and the only way for me to even order them is like a 12pk bundle at a time, I just don’t want to waste money ordering something I won’t like, they do make a sampler pack so I can try every flavor, but idk if I’ll even like any cause I’m basically a bbq lover, but to order a 12pk of bbq and then not even like them would suck,, so I was wondering if anyone’s ever had Chinook’s and if so any thoughts?

My 86 year old mother buys for the bird spendy sunflower seeds coated with hot pepper dust, which supposedly keeps the squirrels away. The bird eat it just fine. I prefer cheap sunflower seed, and that bird feeder shown above which is truly squirrel-proof.
