Pic for attention...
Would love to find one. Really curious about it, or any of the Blackout models!

I'm almost certain that I have one
I remember buying all the Black out variations (inc the 130mm Ranger)
I'll have a look when I get home tonight

I think I have one. But what would you like to know?

In which packages did it come? Numbers of production? Markets? Time of production...

Mine was exactly in this standard Wenger tin box, nothing special.
One thing I find amazing about blackout is the black toothpick and tweezers, that is so unusual to handle. The pvd covered black tools look slightly different from Black Ice tools. I will try to make comparison foto though I suppose it will be minimal difference when pictured.

I have the 11, 63 and 52 Ranger in Blackout.
Packaging was standard, I don't recall anything special about it at all.
They seemed to be one of the last runs out of the factory before it was joined with Vic.
Well on my market anyway.
