However we need to find enough participants, I guess. I wrote a DMs to few members from my country that I know here but was not very successful to recruit new participants yet...

As these more Tool Based SAK had much too big frames to be really usefull as an Cutting Tool, so some of us might be carry also an Only Blade Knive beside the SAK, this might be not that bad news after all,
if this means Vic will include instead much more tools, per exemple as a Bike Tool, this might end up in quite interessting new modells ^^

Hello,

I could not read the article but I have been hoping for more models I could bring on a plane on my carry-on.

I am quite surprised we are still limited to a Jesetter.

I am not even sure a medium sized SAK with a saw or even scissors would be allowed on board...
But at the very least we could do with a bigger bladeless 58mm.

As said above, hopefully, those models do not replace bladed ones though.

What would be your favourites non bladed SAK if you could design it? 58mm and/or medium sized one?

Best,

I mean the brand new ones don’t usually have a mark. It’s only after the awl has been allowed to snap close that I’ve seen it. Though it’s possible I could’ve had a new one out of the box with the mark, I don’t usually check for it new. I currently have two BNIB 93mms, a pioneer and farmer and neither are marked. But all my used ones have developed one.
Sorry I understand now, yes mine (also new) only developed the mark after use. I cycled the awl and scissors maybe fifty times while flushing the pivot with lube as they were gritty. They're perfectly smooth now but that's how I noticed the scale stop.

DAY 7

So a bit of a go slow day today, I have been clearing the home for the last four days, and still looks like I have not done anything....I have done 10 tip runs, with the car full of rubbish, I have a 3 x 1.5m trailer full of stuff to donate....it looks like I have not started!!!

So early I know, but a cider is called for....the Micra understands and doesn't judge me....
