Title: Paul Chen Multitool
Post by: damota on September 02, 2008, 04:37:07 PM
I am posting this here because I think this is of more use as a colectable (nows your chance Def).
When I got one Heinie Haynes had reduced it but now he has reduced it even further-

I've got one, but it might not be a bad idea to have a backup!

Thanks for the link!

:o That is one heavy duty looking tool  How do they hold up anybody know

I like the design it is different but the same (if that makes sense) from Gerber and some of the others :)

Very nice thread

You got the heavy part right.  Swapped mine with Def.  It was a good tool, I just wanted something lighter with a bigger pliers.  Now that I live adjacent to some woods it would make a great pruning tool when I am just messing around.

I had one, could not get away with the chrome finish of the handles, slightest bit of water and they were as slippery as an eal. The clip I used on my Gerber Recoil and I fitted the shears onto a Gerber 600 set of handles (not a perfect fit but it works well enough). The handles I binned but the other blades are in my tin of odds and sods. Definitely worth £12.95

I've got one too,and as pruners they're not bad.I can't get past how the pliers are attached almost as if they're an afterthought.

Kinda like they stole the pliers off a SwissChamp!  :D
