I LOVE IT.
Blue is my favourite colour. I wish more of my gear was blue, but due to the fact that most manufacturers tend to make black gear I only have a couple blue items, multitools and knives, but no blue SAKs :ahhh  I've been eyeballing that south african blue Solo for some time now though. ;)

Yes, those are fantastic. The alox ones have been very high on my wanted list for ages.
I do have the cellidor version though. And I believe jan. had one for sale a while ago, maybe he still has it?

Marcus, I will PM you later today about the belthanger.  :tu:

Bushido, let's call it the Aaron Tinker. It should carry your name with pride!
The knife got held up in customs and they charged a small ammount tax.
That's why it took longer to get to my doorstep. But it's here and that's all that matters.  :)

Thank you all for showing the beautiful blues!!!! Awesome 8) My depression is gone!
I would love if someone posted pics of vintage victoria blue cellidor..if haven't seen many of those!

Wow! nice collection!

I don't have too many blue SAKs, but always on the look out for some nice ones like I see in this thread.

I do have a nice Blues music collection to rival my SAK collection. It would be nice if there we more "Deep Blue" SAKs.  I bet an Alox SAK would made a great slide.

Yeah, I love that blue Midshipman and the B.O. Firstmate that Marius showed.
I wish I was rich, there's one on eBay right now that I can't afford.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/140799709420?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/140799709420?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649)

The modded blue G10 GAK from Spork floats my boat as well.
But where did that cool picture went from ColoSwiss, with the very nice Michel Jordi Spartan?  ???
Never seen one of those in blue before!

ICanFixThat don't you have vintage blue Victoria's in your collection?? Like the one Reinier mentioned?

That's my blue Michel Jordi Spartan on the wiki you linked to I believe ColoSwiss and a few others have that one.  One just sold on ebay the last couple of days too, but the images for the auction were swipped and were not even of the knife being sold.  The price went higher than I thought it would go over a hundred I believe.  The BO Fistmate by SU on ebay is over priced, keep an eye open, but that might be a hard one to grab.

I have the old blue Fisherman/Angler that I've posted a few times, didn't want to spam it here, but since this is turning into our "Blue Thread" I'll post it again from the wiki image.  It has Victorinox obverse tang stamp though, not Victoria that might be on the reverse I would have to check, but to me once Victorinox is on it, it is not Victoria.

Here is ColoSwiss's Blue Alox Wenger Travaler/Gawain:

It's still rather peacefull living here. Waterland is a tiny green area just north of Amsterdam.
Lots of waterways, grasland, boats, windmills, bicycles, cheese, cows, sheep, small villages, dikes, and....rain. Waterland is flanked to the east by a freshwater lake, and not very far to the west the seashore and beach.

Here some random google pics of Waterland:

Nice ones!  I really like the Fancy Lithos and and the Swiss Cargo, bit of course you know I like them all.

I think we need a thread for each of the major colors; someone needs to start a Green thread.

After you. My problem with green is, even in sunlight they tend to look black.

I'm thinking ORANGE!!!

As a side note: my trusty Vic Spirit has developed play at the pliers pivot and most tools have seen much use. Time for a respectfull retirement and into my BOB she goes.
At work I'm replacing it on my belt for the big standard Swisstool. Because of having a second blade is real handy for me, I dig the longer reach tools and setup, ruler on the scales, and it's overbuild like a tank. On top of that it is making me money. Yes sir it is! Saving lots of time running back and forth to my toolbox.  :)

I watched that one. That a lot of money for a regular, used Fisherman's Knife. When these odd knives show up NIB, the high prices are not surprising because that's really something unusual. But $510 for a regualr, used TSA seize Fisherman's Knife is a lot of money.

I have one with a keyring that I've put aside for trade bait. Maybe I need to throw that up on eBay. In way better condition that this one, too.

Here's what bushidomosquito said about it in Syph007's ALOX thread.

And since somebody's bound to ask, the 93 backscale that has the cutout is for a 91mm backtool Phillips that I adapted to fold into the cutout like how the marlinspike does. I got it fitted in and snapping right long ago and just got around to sending the scales in for HA with a few others. We'll see how that one turns out.

Victorinox Spirit move over, there's a new kid in the workshop.
Let me get back to you after couple months earning his bread and butter..

Update: after couple of days use I decided to order HA scales, like Bushidomosquito adviced from the start. Also he is gonna do a woodsaw conversion (replace for the scissors). And the cherry on the cake will be a 58mm mod to pair it with.

I returned the SAK to Bushidomosquito because in truth it was far from perfect, not what you would expect. Walk and talk very gritty, tip of scissors sticking out, gaps in between liners, and the backspring not flush at all. Amateuristic put together, not a pro job in my opinion.

Anyway, months have gone by since. I haven't received anything. I did pay a lot of money.

Bushido: you gladly took my money, it's about time you start delivering what we agreed on. At least you could take the effort to answer my PM's, don't leave me in the dark, and above all keep your promises..this is very bad for business.

Well I think you blew that out of proportion a bit. I may be slow but I'm sure not sloppy or amateurish about it.

I don't get online as much as I'd like and I really don't want to get into what's been going on with me. Let's just say that I've had my priorities rearranged for me and I've stopped taking orders. I could make some smurf up as an excuse but it's not my style. I'm sorry if the delay you've suffered isn't foremost in my mind right now. Life happens and sometimes even obvious obligations have to take a backseat.

Your knife is on the way. In the future I'm sure Syph can fill your orders.

If you can't show me the trackingnumbers, then I like my money back ASAP.

It looks like Cellidor but I could be anything really, it's a promotional SAK for a company that produces all kinds of polymers and chemicals. So it may be one of there own plastics.

I showed it here before and I said I thought the sparkles could have been painted on, but it looks like the sparkles are "through and through" (if that's the correct term).
