Post by: dks on September 26, 2015, 08:44:04 PM: it was the most fun to watch... before the proper race some older cars and buggies had a run - I assume that there was a vintage race as well... maybe I missed a bit of it.

The rally is part of the European championship - it has the usual rules.

In the Irish national events,you'll still see anything from super trick Mk2 Escorts,through Group B cars,older WRCs and S2000s all competing for the overall win

Nissan 240 RS awesome car, but never assume is presence in group B, was difficult to fight against the 205 t16 and the Quattro!

This year you had to pay a minimum of 5 euro, but it was more if you went to the special seated areas.

Nice in almost 12 rallies every year, they 're mind was only for the safari :) beware of the camshaft :)
