Title: Fishing is special with my grandfather's tackle
Post by: DIAMOND on July 26, 2023, 04:39:43 PM: I have so many memories of fishing with my dad and grandfather. My grandpa's tackle was classy for sure.

Here is a picture of a newer Gerber Suspension NXT. Next to it is my grandfather's multi tool...a pair of nail clippers with a leather case. These were in his tackle box when I received it after his passing.

Also, I don't remember a day when my dad didn't have his in his pocket.

Good memories.

Much appreciated! And yes, the clippers are very handy for trimming line.

My father doesn't do a lot of fishing any more these days and I really wish I'd spent more time fishing with him when I was younger.

Of course, now he likes to fly drones, so we did a lot of that last week together!
