I've disliked spiders ever since cutting one of those mommy spiders who carries her babies inside of her in half...

Well, my sister cut it. I was there to watch though.
Freaky things that scarred me as a child...

It's body was a big as a full fist too. =|

Just thousands of little spiders burst out all over the place...

*sobs*

That thing would be soaked in spider-spray long before any pictures were taken. I hate spiders with an indescribable passion. >:(

Sounds good to me. Although fiddlebacks and black widows bug me less than those little Antichrists themselves, chiggers. I HATE chiggers. That's possibly the best part about the end of Summer. No more chiggers.

I hear you.  I'm usually fine if I stay well away from the blackberry bushes though.  ;)

Aren't banana spiders dangerous? Their bite could kill an adult man? ???

Looks pretty cool. I don't mind spiders and leave them alone around the house. They are cool to watch if you throw a bug onto their web.

They help in the ecological balance.

Generally I don't mind spiders. In fact they are usually preferable to the bugs they catch and eat. Course I've never been bitten by one myself yet... :-\

No problem,if your bit by the right spider, you too could become spiderman, but on the bright side, spiders kill more insects than insecticides all over the world. :salute:

Where I come from, a spider is soft drink (ideally with a higher Syrup ratio than usual) and icecream....

So a Banana Spider can only be delicious.

(We call those eight legged things with deadly venom "grues" on account of you generally suffer an agonising demise before you can tell your friends what you saw. Australia is Deadly, just ask our natives)
