Title: Random change of font size and code
Post by: comis on May 18, 2019, 09:54:26 AM
Hi, all.

Just curious whether that happens to everyone or is it just my computer setting:

Whenever I hit reply, the font size will randomly jump to a really small size, and I always have to post-modify-repost for every post I make.

And it happens so often that I always have to "re-size" all my reply to font 10 size before I hit the reply.  But then another problem may surface, thru out the reply message, or [size78] will show up randomly through out the entire message and I have to delete them one by one.

Does that happen to anyone?

Can't say I've seen that happen to me yet, whether on the PC or on the phone... :dunno:

This happens for whatever reason to some and not to others so Whoey hasn't had luck pinpointing the source of the problem for years and many versions and themes. Regretfully.

Especially as I'm one of the affected ones.

So, to help you pinpoint the problem. It doesn't happen randomly. It only happens when you copy paste a part of the text from one page to your reply window. I usually counter that by typing my replies in the quick reply window, or if I'm in full reply window, I hit (https://forum.multitool.org/Themes/SunRise20/images/bbc/toggle.gif) so I only type in code. Or select the whole reply when I'm done and click (https://forum.multitool.org/Themes/SunRise20/images/bbc/unformat.gif) to remove formatting.

Hope this helps
