Title: My First Purposefully Designed Rescue Knife.
Post by: toolguy on November 15, 2014, 05:24:45 PM
This knife, designed by world famous Allen Elishewitz, was produced by Benchmade. It is a Benchmade 9110FS Auto Stryker Rescue, specifically designed as a "rescue knife".

It incorporated the Japanese GIN 1 steel used extensively by Spyderco during the early to mid 1990's.

There were only 500 made in the first production run as seen on the blade stamping.Enjoy.
