So, after playing "guess when the depot is open" I plan to send the GAW tomorrow, 9th May 

I can't send this via a Post Office due to UK laws, not a new thing 

I used my Vulpis to help package the other one (plus a few extras  )

Awl being well it should be on its way to DT first thing tomorrow

Day 7

Working on a water leak, the pipe dope was not willing to acquiesce to my demands, and I had to gently persuade it.  Here is a recreation,  because mud, &tc.

   If that is the US Southern Railway system, I used to stay with my Grandfather and he knew exactly when the freights would run.  We would walk down to the tracks behind his brother-in-law's store and watch the train.  Southern Serves the South was on all the rolling stock.  We would wait for the caboose, and Grandfather would always laugh.  That was in the 1960's. 
   Southern Railway became Norfolk Southern in the 1980's.  The tracks are still there and that's all that's left except a memory.  Best wishes.  Gary

I remember cabooses.
Now, all you get is a little thingamajig mounted on the last car.
Kinda anticlimactic.  😟
