It was great! Knackering at times but very worth it, I'm so much fitter than when i set off :)

Ta very muchly :) It was a Swiss heavy trip although there were two Crunches there which i have pics of as i noticed a couple of differences between them! :o
I just popped out of his slipstream to snap that pic :D We managed to hit 42mph later that day :o That was fun :D :D :D

Might have weighed a bit but all of them came in useful at one stage or another :)

Go to the Isle of Arran in Scotland and go from Brodick to Lochranza :D One hell of a climb up but the downhill is so worth it :D :D

There's a hill like that near me where you can reac similar speed's...shockingly that where I broke my ribs :D

That would be a Tesco value aluminium camping mug, my mate got it for about £1.50 i think. (Tesco is a big supermarket chain in the UK)

Well when our local one started knocking out books for £3.74 my shop's sales plummeted, resulting in a very nice hour's cut for your's truly >:(

a friend of mine took a shot of a blade in the water (the one with the foot in it)
and it came out really nice, try it sometime, the reflections make it surreal.
