My current users... Nothing too fancy or expensive.

- G-Shock G5600 - my first G-Shock. I bought it 3 years ago to take the rough use instead of the Seiko
- Seiko Solar Diver SSC017 on a Zulu strap, my daily workday user, also 3 years old.
- G-Shock GD400 - a recent purchase
The practical side of me says I need nothing more than these. Who really needs all the functions of a huge ABC-sensor watch anyways? The 'tool collector' side says I really really like the look of the new Mudmanmaster.. :whistle: :facepalm:

I will be updating the G-Shock thread shortly. New price will be 150,- € including shipment.
And I do like teh G-5600 and Seiko very much, the Gd 400 has a nice retro vibe (see DW-002, DW-003 pics for comparison) but is to big for my skinny wrists. :tu:

I was pretty close to nabbing the GW-6900 and GLX-5600 too.
Kid has completely claimed the WS-210 now. ::)

Zoidberg: Too bad for you, but I´m glad both watches I sent southwards are worn. I can imagine a trade on any or all of those watches you mentioned, btw.
Brock O Lee, do you have any favourite out of the three watches? How well holds the Seiko´s crystal up against scratches?

I like them all for different reasons
- the Seiko for more formal occasions, like work (I have a desk job )
- the G-shocks after work or over the weekends
The G5600 is maybe a little bit small for my wrist, and the standard resin strap is not the most comfortable.
The GD400 is a little bit too large for my wrist, but its acceptable. The strap is more comfortable than the G5600.
Of all the straps I like the Zulu on the Seiko the most. It transformed the watch in terms of comfort. I find metal bracelets in general to be noisy and heavy and clunky.
The Seiko's Hardlex crystal was quite scratch resistant, until I shattered it one night by dropping it face-first on a tile floor... :cry: I replaced it with a standard mineral crystal, which scratches much easier than the Hardlex.
