It's no secret that I love cooking on the fire.
It's a bit primal and always satisfying.
Whenever we camp I hog the fire and always want to do the cooking.
No, not hot dogs. You can do so much more!
What do you cook on/in the fire?

Why do I cook on a fire all the time? Because it taste better. All the smoke flavors the food. I think it is a primal thing also. Grrrrrrr. Me man. Me cook stuff on fire. Lol! That and part of the simplicity. Low tech, no electricity, no fancy pans or pots and the such. Just make a fire and cook.

Dang kids with their dang newfangled pots.
I enjoy a fire in the winter months (summer months too in theory, except it's illegal(ish) )
Mostly I just cook steaks, if I'm feeling pressured (or She is around) I'll do roast potatoes/brocolli/capsicum etc)
