Here you go, my latest knife courtesy of Mr Hirohito Hiraethus - Enzo Birk 75.
I've never had an Enzo knife before, but have been tempted to get one for a long time and this one's convinced me to now get a PK70... in micarta... :facepalm:

They really are fantastic knives, aren't they? The only thing wrong with the two I had is that they were Scandi grind. I'll probably get a full flat one at some point. :facepalm:

I love the look of scandi grinds, but you're right full flat is much better - especially for woodwork and techy stuff etc...

I do see what you're saying, I've a couple of Mora carving knives with scandi grinds that I use a lot and I think they're great, but having said that, I still prefer the flush-ness of a flat ground knife... it's just personal preference really isn't it. :salute:
