Title: My New Favorite SAK!
Post by: Leatherman123 on December 14, 2008, 08:14:05 PM
Well, I have posted quite a few threads on my favorite SAK... While, I still have yet to find a Safari Hunter w/ serrated gutting blade for sale, the Vic Fireman comes pretty close. I have the one handed version, but I like the nail nicked version much better. As a matter of fact, I carried it today in my nylon SwissTool sheath..

I'm thinking that it must be hard living in complete isolation as anyone else would just go borrow a camera.

Maybe he's the sort of bloke who doesn't like borrowing things in case he breaks them, or who would hate to be thought of as someone who take advantage of other peoples generous natures :)

Naw, it's not that.. I could easily go out and buy a camera- but It's not worth it.. I am sure I will get one during the Holidays.. I have lost and broken so many things, it is ridiculous!

What 'cos you hardly have the use for one?  You could be there for months filling all the pics requests we have asked for!  :D

Yeah, I have lost four cameras, and it's not worth wasting money on a fifth! Whenever I need a camera, I buy a disposable..

Well why don't you just go buy a disposable and get the developers to stick the pics on a disc for you (I think they do this as standard nowadays anyway) and then upload them that way?

That's not a bad idea mate :) If they do it in the UK you've got to imagine they do it in the US :)

They do that? I will take some pics, and try it out! Or better yet, I'll buy a cheap Cannon or something.

For someone who buys a disposible camera when they need one I am pretty surprised that you don't know that they do that.  :-\  They have been doing that over here for over 5 years, so it would have been even longer over in the US I expect.
