Let's break this up by month, so it's easier to sort out when it's time to get the 2018 Calendars- each month we will compile photos to go in that month in the 2018 Calendar!
So, post your best photos taken this month and then we'll vote on a winner in the beginning of February, and start a February thread!

Still they are nice pics.
This is one of the few times I will ever say that I am hoping for that ice storm we may get today. Should make for a really cool pic. Just hope the power does not go out again for a week.

Probably best to use your own images as what is needed for the calendar is full sized images and if you submit a pic you will be the one to have the full sized version of it :tu:

What do you think about the filters vs the original versions :think: I know some of yours are flipping awesome with some of the different effects and filters you use but don't know about mine :shrug:

They look good Poncho, you just have to play around with it and see what looks best. I use the photo editor on my windows Photo program and use it to adjust light contrast and color mostly. You can create a lot of depth in a pic by adjusting the contrast and light. You can warm up a pic with the temperature and tint when adjusting the color.
In my opinion the pic of the SI could be warmed up a bit. :cheers:

They look good to me too Poncho. :cheers: I agree that I'd go with a warmer feel to the SI one, but the ST300 looks great just as is IMO.

So glad to see appreciation for the Wenger AP Snow 505.
Stumbled on both the Blaze & Snow (plus the standard Red too) a few years back...couldn't resist grabbing a couple of each for my collection. Like the Wenger 130mm Mike Horn, the 505 is unique in that it's the only 85mm Wenger knife to feature that small serrated gutting blade.
