I always remember the mean (the average) but never remembered what mode and median were - or variance for that matter - And never heard of stem and LeaF (isn't he a member here? !! ;) )
I even studied maths at uni - But always hated stats !! ;) :(

Mean is adding up the value of the data points and dividing the result by the number of data points.
Median is the data point that is in the middle.
Mode is the most common data point value.
Variance. :shrug: I have some more learning to do. :D
Stem and leaf can be quite good for displaying certain types of data. :cheers:
And you can kinda imagine that it's a bar graph laying on its side!
